1. appointments & cancellations

  • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • Late arrivals: We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment if time doesn’t permit or you are longer than 20 minutes late for your appointment

2. consultations & medical disclosure

  • Before any treatment, clients must complete a health questionnaire and disclose medical history, medications, allergies, or cosmetic procedures.
  • Treatments may be refused or modified if not medically safe based on your disclosures.

3. payment & pricing

  • Full payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
  • We accept all major credit cards.
